Plasticycle Industries Sdn Bhd is a leading plastic recycling plant in South-East Asia. Although formally established only in 1994, the
company has more than 40 years of expertise in the plastics industry, especially the recycling of scrap or waste polyethylene plastics.
Today, the company possesses a modern washing line and some of the most technologically sophisticated, multiple-stage (separation,
sorting, washing and de-contamination) processors.
During the recycling process, we process post-consumer film-grade plastic scrap and waste into pure plastic raw granules which are
then fully exported to plastics manufacturers in China, India and other South-East Asian countries for their use in various domestic,
commercial and industrial applications.
With the recycling of polyethylene plastic thus being a closed loop process, Plasticycle Industries takes pride in their contribution to a
cleaner and greener environment.
Plasticycle Industries has the status of a Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW). The recycling plant currently employs about 25
production staff to oversee a processing facility that operates round-
the-clock, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
The facility sits on 5.08 acres of land in Kulim, Kedah. Annual production turnover for the company is 8,000 metric tonnes.
